Illustrated edition with many woodcuts and drop caps. 29 (of 30) full page woodcuts outside text. Woodcuts by engravers: Adolf Kloss, Wilhelm Echt, E. Kaiserburg and Ertel T. Knesig. "Printing shop V. G. Teubner, in Leipzig." Subsequent bookbinding, brown leather bound with decoration on covers and reverts, brown edges. Upper original cover preserved. At pages 1 - 64 small tear on upper border. Minimal water traces on some borders.
